Homemade is a magazine about passion projects—the creative work people pursue outside their 9-to-5, driven by excitement, not obligation. Each year, they announce a theme to spark ideas and set a deadline to help makers follow through.
For the second issue of the magazine the theme was Lost & Found. With this in mind, I pitched the idea of using my personal drawing style to create an imaginary place where all your lost items are hanging out together.
Backstory on the idea :
